pPod: a new theatre experience
Horse + Bamboo have created a stunning portable theatre, the first of its kind in Europe and bring to Hebden Bridge two family shows Early One Morning and Botany Begins at Home created by Bob Frith and Alison Duddle. The pPod shows create worlds where everything is familiar and, at the same time, disconnected and strange. These 15-minute shows combine live and recorded music and are enchanting and utterly engaging. Both stories have a folk-like quality, which evokes the world of tradition within a contemporary setting.
