Hs anyone noticed the new green tall thing that looks like a megaphone on the corner of Valley Road? It's opposite a new surveillance camera and I wondered if the two were connected?

Very odd and what a waste of money on the camera anyway.

Claire Ive not seen this, however I know in Middlesbrough they have things like this in the main town centre. Its like a talking CCTV camera that tells you to "Man in the red top, STOP KICKING THE BUS SHELTER". There was a lot of publicity in Teesside when this was introduced so im doubting that its the case? Bit sinister.
