I agree. We often hear that the protesters have public support, gut 80% of the people I talk to do not support them. No unions, the AA, the RAC, the CBI, labour and the Libs do not support them. The Road Hauliers Assoc. doesn't support them either! Figures where released that showed that the total amount of tax paid by lorry drivers did not cover the damage they create leaving the rest of us to pay for it. The petrol companies are making record profits too. If motoring is so expensive why, then why are there so many more cars of the road? Farmers were protesting, but of course they pay no fuel duty anyway. The fuel protests are a group of naive, selfish, greedy people who seem to not care about others. Just because they protest the loudest, doesn't make them the majority, and certainly not right.
