A friend and I both from Hebden Bridge, are busy researching the Shackletons of Shackleton Hill and surrounding area via press fiches and censuses. We have quite a bit of data. Could you give a little more info i.e James' dob, and any idea of their address. James was a very common name among the Hebden Bridge Shackletons, and it makes it difficult to sort out who is whom
