Its not the NT thats refusing to open the crags its the local farmers. The NT are very keen to open the craggs but after approaching the Saville estate, who own the farms, they have come up against a lot of opposition. The NT are losing a great deal of money. As ever its always best to check your facts first, and give the grief to the Saville estate and not the NT or Government.
