Organic change

My name is Steve Wooldridge, I am a new resident to Hebden Bridge and have to admit I am thoroughly enjoying the move up from London. As well as establishing my new home here, I am also in the process of refurbishing Square One, New Road. Introducing a complete organic menu, fair trade coffee and a simple ethos to the local community, simple food, cooked well in comfortable surroundings and served with a smile, now, if I can't make that work then, well I'll throw in my chef's hat. I am actively working within the area to promote not only our project, but to spread the word of the U.K organic community as a whole.
