New Delight

If, as Andrew Hall suggests, the New Delight was such a goldmine, it'd be worth more as a pub than as a house and we wouldn't be having this discussion.

He puts forward some pretty strong opinions in his last posting even though, as he says, he simply doesn't know. Perhaps the Landlord's day job was the only thing paying the bills to keep the pub open.
