Canal Interpretation Centre

The canal interpretation centre is brilliant - much better than the old TIC. As people come to Hebden as visitor, why not have a cheery museum fit for all ages in a new bright building.
As for Car park charges - why not? Its still cheap. The only people that seem to be compaining are those taht live in hebden and they should be walking places or using the buses. rather tahn getting in their poluting pedestrian maming 4*4s or knackered old polluting hippy machines.
