New Vegetarian Caf? to open in Hebden Bridge

Friday, 8 October 2010

A new vegetarian venue for snacks and meals is opening in Hebden Bridge. Greens Vegetarian Caf? (formerly Relish), owned and run by Kim Green (formerly of The Veggie, Ilkley), will be opening their caf? at Old Oxford House in Albert Street.

Greens say they are passionate about vegetarian and vegan food and aim to offer simple, tasty, wholesome dishes in a welcoming and homely environment. All food will be homemade on site and they will endeavour to source local, seasonal and organic produce wherever possible.

Throughout the day Thursday to Sunday, the caf? will be open for light meals, snacks, tea, coffee & desserts. On Friday and Saturday evenings they plan a more bistro feel, for evening meals. Customers are welcome to bring their own wine or beer for evening dining (glasses will be provided).

Thursday 21st October 2010 is the opening day. Kim Green says, "So please come along and see us between 12pm-3pm and try our delicious home cooked food? and a free glass of wine!"
