Co-op Store - April meeting

Regional Manager of the Co-op Tim Coulman has asked the HebWeb to publicise the next Hebden Bridge Co-op Customer Forum; it will be Tuesday, 5th April between 5pm and 7pm.
Following the Customer Listening meeting held on 2nd November 2010 adjacent to our Hebden Bridge store, the Co-operative Group made a commitment to have further meetings to ensure they continue to work with the local community and enable local residents and shoppers to put forward their ideas, concerns, questions and suggestions for consideration, with the aim of ensuring we work towards continually improving the store based on Customers feedback.
Mr Coulman has told the HebWeb that "Customers are invited to attend a Customer Listening meeting on 5th April between 5pn and 7pm at Salem Mill which adjoins the Co-operative store in Hebden Bridge."
The meeting will be attended by the Management team from the store and chaired by Tim Coulman Operations Manager. Customers attending for the first time can be directed to the meeting location by visiting the Co-operative store first.
As with the meeting in November 2010 a record of the discussion and next steps will be posted on the Hebweb and available in-store for any interested parties.
