Trades ClubNOT the Royal Wedding
Street Party

Ideas wanted - please send to Janet Oosthuysen, Trades Club Manager who has told the HebWeb, "Here at the Trades, as a socialist club, we're not exactly bothered about celebrating the royal wedding, but it's a bank holiday and in these difficult times, we all need a reason to let our hair down and drink a lot of beer (or wine if you prefer- or orange juice!)

"So. we've got the street closed and a stage ready for the bank holiday Friday 29th April from 12 till 7 outside then from 7 till 1.30 inside.
All we need now is ideas- do you want to perform at our community street party? In words, music or any other form you fancy."

All you need to do is contact Janet who is putting together a running order.

Experienced or not, even if its your first time at trying out your new songs - all ages and abilities welcome.

The Trades will be open all day and all are welcome. They'll be putting on appropriate films inside too, unless its wet!

Watch this page for more details.
