Local plan consultation events update

The consultation on the Calderdale Local Plan is continuing and comments should be submitted in writing to the Council by 5.00pm on Friday 14 December 2012.
The Local Plan is a new plan for jobs, homes, shops and green spaces. The plan can be viewed on the Council's consultation portal and at all libraries and Customer First offices and the Planning Office in Halifax.
As part of the consultation the Hebden Bridge "drop-in" session has been extended and will now run from 4pm until 6.30pm. This will be followed by a formal presentation at the Calder Ward Forum.
Hebden Bridge Local Plan consultation event: Tuesday 4 December 2012 Hebden Bridge Town Hall, St. George's Street, Hebden Bridge. "Drop-In" session runs between 4.00pm and 6.30pm.
Calder Ward Forum starts at 6.45pm
