Hebden Bridge Picture House Manager
To Cover Maternity Leave
Post grade: Scale SO1 £24,646 to £26,276 (pro rata).
24 hrs per week
Hebden Royd Town Council is seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced manager to provide maternity cover for the post of Picture House Manager at the Hebden Bridge Picture House.
- managing and developing a team of 24 part time staff.
- maximising the financial performance of the Picture House.
- Working alongside the Picture House film programmer You would be expected to develop the programme of films, creative projects, appropriate community events and educational activities and to build audiences.
- ensuring Licensing Legislation, Health & Safety Legislation and Security procedures are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, efficient, have excellent people skills and be able to work under pressure. The Picture House is a seven day a week operation and evening and weekend work will be required.
