Three horses from Hebden Bridge Equestrian Centre are to star on the BBC programme 'Marrying Mum and Dad'.

"The girls came up to the riding school to get to know the horses that we would be taking, they groomed them and had a ride".

On the morning of February 14th the horses were taken to Elsecar heritage museum where the wedding and reception was to be held.

The horses and their leaders were dressed in traditional Spanish tack and costume to compliment the theme of the wedding and the bride and bridesmaids rode the horses to the reception.

Tamzin said, "The horses had to walk under bunting and contend with all the TV crew and cameras. They were impeccably well behaved and acted as though they had been film stars all their lives!"

The programme is to be shown on TV at the end of June or the beginning of July.
