Each of our three one bedroom cottages are furnished to a high standard, a modern colour TV, DVD, bedding and towels are included along with all the equipment required for your self catering needs.
Each cottage has its own thermostatically controlled central heating to make your stay as comfortable as possible, the owners live adjacent to the barn and are available at all times to offer their local knowledge on pubs restaurants places to visit etc.
We are close to the town of Hebden Bridge with its wide range of shops and eating establishments, but in a quiet countryside environment away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet easily accessible via a regular bus service.
Manchester and Leeds can be conveniently reached, our local railway station only one mile away.
With recent confirmation of the 2014 Tour de France route in which the Yorkshire region will host the first two stages, the accommodation is directly situated alongside the second stage of the race, including the longest continual uphill stretch of
road in the country.
All guests are most welcome to enjoy our mature lawned garden and patio with garden furniture.
In addition, we have recently installed a charge station for electric cars.
Please Note: We are a no smoking establishment and for the convenience of all our guests would allow one well-behaved pet.

The proprietors, living in the adjacent Farm House, have a wealth of local knowledge. Having been brought up and lived in this area all their lives, they will be more than willing to advise on walks, local attractions, events, drinking and dining out.
Whilst only one of our cottages has been currently rated 4 Star by Visit Britain, guests can be assured that all the cottages are of the same high standard.
