Omitting Mytholmroyd

Oh how I agree with Anne Handley about the habit of omitting Mytholmroyd from the address. Not only is is annoying, but it also causes some confusion. I have been trying to get back on the register of blood donors, and have twice phoned and given my postal address, emphasising that I live in Mytholmroyd. Imagine my surprise therefore to receive a letter recently, which omitted Mytholmroyd from the address, and gave my next blood donor session date in - yes, you guessed it - Hebden Bridge.
It also causes problems in other areas, in that there is an Albert Street in both Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge, (and no doubt this applies to other streets as well). Also, our telephone numbers in Mytholmroyd are classed as being 'Halifax' numbers.
Surely we can do something about this?
