Parking Charges

Where do the tourists walk from, Tim? York, Edinburgh, London? The parking charge of 30p is the thin end of the wedge. It will go up as time goes on, remember VAT when that was first introduced? It was somewhere in the region of 5%. I was in Middlesbrough a few years ago, I can't remember what the parking charges were, but I did notice the council members and council office workers had their own car park provided free of charge. Who will be getting those perks in your town Tim?
