Shoplifter

We were able to pass information onto the Police about a shoplifter we identified in the Book Case and who we caught shoplifting a book on the shop CCTV - to date the Police have not arrested the shoplifter although they know him. This is not the first time we have passed on information about a shoplifter and it concerns us that when we do the Police seem very slow to act or ineffectual. It does not help businesses in the town to deal with the problem which is a costly menace. It is about time we got more help from the Police with this problem.
