Late Night Shopping

Shop Local so the mantra goes. Went to do some Christmas shopping in Hebden Bridge last week on late shopping night. Got there about 6.50 pm, most places closed. Have I missed something?

I too was born and bred in Hebden Bridge (a home birth). My parents still live there. When I visit them from my home, now in Folkestone, the beauty of the place takes my breath away. The beautiful moors, Hardcastle Crags, etc. All my childhood memories come flooding back, both good and bad.
