Into their third month now and despite moving further up Keighley Road away from the Foster Lane junction, the contractors still have three-way lights. The holdups are avoidable and frustrating. Calderdale highways are adopting their usual ineffective stance. Can't we just get to at least just two-way working before the schools return and mayhem starts.
