We've received a letter about an new substation covering the Bridge Lanes end of town to be sited at the "junction of Market Street / Stubbing Holme Road". I presume this is the patch of grass on the junction by the the car park. Works to commence 3rd June. 

I am concerned (if the same size as the one this prior thread coverred) about the siting in respect of the sightlines at this junction which are not good towards Todmorden already - I assume this will affect those towards Halifax?

Why is there so little prior warning for these things?
