Town Hall Birthday Party

The day of the start of the Arts Festival, 24th June is also the Town Hall's Birthday. The new building is 5 years old whilst the old building is 125 years old. As such Hebden Royd Town Council is organising birthday celebration for all of our fantastic children in the area.
The party will be held in the Waterfront Hall at Hebden Bridge Town Hall between 12noon and 3pm and is free for all children to attend and take part in.
There will be traditional children's entertainment, with party games including a giant pass the parcel, face painting and balloon modelling.
As it is part of the Arts Festival, there will also be the opportunity for children to get crafty. They will be invited to make a birthday card for the Town Hall, which will then be displayed for all to see, there will also be badge making and cake decorating. Throughout the day there will be street performances, with a special child friendly performance at 2pm.
