The August Bank Holiday weekend sees the start of the ever-popular Hebden Bridge Camera Club Annual Exhibition, which takes place at Hebden Bridge Town Hall,  St George’s Street, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 7BY.

The exhibition will be officially opened at 10.00am on Saturday 24 August by the Mayor of Hebden Royd, Cllr Dr Carol Stow, and will run until Saturday 31 August.

The exhibition is free and will be open 10.00am – 4.00pm each day except Sunday 25 August when it will be open from 11.00am – 4.00pm, and Monday 26 August when the Town Hall will be closed.

The exhibition is a showcase for the work of members of Hebden Bridge Camera Club. There will be both digital and film images, in a wide variety of subject matter, styles and techniques.

All visitors will have the opportunity to vote for their favourites from approximately 60 framed prints.  The three winning images from last year's exhibition will also be on display.

Club members will be on hand to answer questions from anyone interested in joining.  The club meets at The Masonic Hall, Hangingroyd Lane, Hebden Bridge, every Wednesday evening at 7.45pm, from the beginning of September to the end of April.

Visitors are always welcome.

Each year the club produces their own Hebden Bridge Calendar and the 2020 version will be available to purchase during the exhibition. For more information, please visit the website at www.hebdenbridgecc.co.uk
