Although the bus station is being refurbished there is still a Travel Centre in operation where bus passes can be renewed, if you walk to Winding Road where RSPCA is situated, directly opposite the arch for Sainsbury's and the crossing point, is a collection of what looks like pale grey metal portacabins with a small sign on the side reading Travel Centre. I had no idea this existed. Maybe I'm the only numpty but the information may help someone else. Vikki
