We've been made aware at Hebden Bridge Town Hall today that someone has been advertising for stall holders for a Christmas / Craft Fair on 7th or 8th December 2024 via Facebook posts locally.

We do not have a booking for a Christmas Fair that weekend and we believe this may be a scam.

We have also been advised today that the advertiser may be no longer traceable online.

We would encourage anyone who has been affected by this to contact their bank (or whoever they used to make a payment) to notify them and see if they can secure a refund by any means.
