When we are MarriedThings I Know to be True

Hebden Bridge Little Theatre's June production is the intense family drama Things I Know to be True by Andrew Bovell, directed by Rachel Doyle-Richards. Opening Monday 20 June, it runs till Saturday 25 June, 2022.

Things I Know to be True tells the story of Fran and Bob Price and their four children, during a single year. The play features physical theatre choreography to emphasise the emotional connection between the characters.

Director, Rachel Doyle-Richards is thrilled with the way the production is shaping up, and delighted with the efforts of her cast.

'The cast is made up of Kate Shackleton, who has been in a few plays recently, Gemma James, who was in Bazaar and Rummage, plus Moni Noszkay, Neil Lloyd, and Richard Holley who are Little Theatre regulars. A late addition is Patrick Higgins, fresh from his triumph as the Creature, in Frankenstein, at the Thespians.

'Neil and Moni were both in Lovesong, so are familiar with this type of physical performance; the others have never done anything like it before but have said they really enjoy it, and that it is pushing their comfort zones in an exciting way.

'With just two weeks to go till we open, it's time to get those seats booked!'

Performances: Monday to Saturday, 20-25 June 2022, 7.30pm.
