Ed Sheeran's amazing act of kindness

The team at Calder Community Kindness organised a rather special surprise for their Friday volunteer Toby Taylor.
Toby, a huge music lover and Ed Sheeran fan, recently celebrated his 25th birthday so a colleague contacted the global superstar to see if he would send him a card. Kind-hearted Ed went one step further and sent a signed autobiography and a copy of his Suffolk catalogue both dedicated to Toby.
Calder Community Kindness told the HebWeb, "We think Toby's face says it all! Thank you Ed from the whole team and thank you Toby for all your hard work and the joy you bring to the shop."
And of course, Ed Sheeran started life living in Hebden Bridge.
Calder Community Kindness raises money to support people in the Upper Calder Valley with an emphasis on alleviating food and fuel poverty. It is open daily 10-4 and is located on Hebden Bridge marina, next to the Picture House.
