The Community Land Trust aim to give people the health and happiness that a secure affordable rented home provides.
This film above explains the plan.
The Land Trust has the opportunity to buy a house in Heptonstall at significantly below market rate. The owner is keen that the land trust secure it as an asset for the community and prevent another holiday let coming into the area.
They have 52 investors so far (investment range is from £50 to £15,000). They are asking if you or your organisation would consider investing (or donating). The share offer closes at the end of November.
Lots of little actions will bring this project to life.
