Land Trust moves forward with Heptonstall house.
Thank you, what an incredible communal effort to reach our minimum target of £242,000 towards the purchase of a small, end terrace, two-bedroom freehold cottage - 13 Northfield in Heptonstall.
We are now focused on achieving our optimum target, an additional £20,000, to enable us to reach our ideal quality and sustainability standards.
To help achieve that, our share offer will remain open until the 9th February. Click here to invest in the creation of an affordable rented home for the people of Heptonstall.

In parallel, we are investigating additional ways to raise some of the £20,000 because quality and sustainability are very important to us.
